Stage 1

Enamel Caries

Initial damage limited to the outer enamel layer

 Fluoride application

 regular monitoring may allow natural healing

 Small resin restorations if needed

Stage 2

Dentin Caries

Decay has progressed beyond enamel into dentin,

possibly causing sensitivity or pain

 Removal of decay followed by resin filling or inlay/onlay restoration

      (we use 3M Lava inlays)

 Same-day inlay fabrication available

 Small resin fillings may be used as well

Stage 3

Pulpitis (Nerve Infection)

Bacteria have reached the dental pulp causing severe pain

 Root canal treatment followed by a crown

 We offer same-day fabrication of all-ceramic and zirconia crowns

Stage 4

Apical Periodontitis

/ Cyst Formation

Infection has spread to the root tip, causing swelling or pus formation

 Extraction and implant placement may be necessary

 Retreatment of root canal or surgical intervention may be required
